Summary

The Sr. Marketing Operations Associate will serve as a liaison between marketing team members and stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining a marketing calendar, tracking campaign performance, and assisting in creating promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing coordination, or similar role
  • Demonstratable experience managing email marketing systems and digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience building and operationalizing processes and procedures
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of software such as Asana and Canva
  • Strong project management experience
  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail, natural curiosity, a passion for excellence and process improvements, and a willingness and interest in learning new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Marketing & Communications leadership team
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and continuously monitor the overall content production schedule within a project management system
  • Liaise with external vendors and consultants to ensure service agreements are met and communicate issues that impact schedule and budget to internal leadership team
  • Advance the production of various marketing products such as blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertising
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and generate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing metrics
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing assets, ensuring all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Assist in the creation and editing of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content
  • Organize and participate in meetings and webinars, document action items, and provide follow-up communication
  • Provide cross functional internal customer service, resolving any complaints or requests professionally
  • Recognize, communicate, and act upon opportunities for marketing to be further integrated into other business processes
  • Document, maintain, and manage all marketing policies, procedures, and tools
  • Lead special projects such as team offsite meetings, recognition programs, and internal communications efforts
  • Write correspondences, draft presentations, create quotes, and agreements from templates
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
  • Make light travel arrangements, complete monthly expense reports, and provide administrative support as required
