Summary

OpenText is seeking a remote Sales Operations Associate to join their team from June 15th, 2024 to November 15th, 2024. The candidate should be detail-oriented, multitasking, polished, proactive, and capable of working independently. They will analyze processes for improvement, handle leads, answer sales calls (emails), create reports in Salesforce and Excel, and update system data.

Requirements

• Possess multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize their workload
• Be detail-oriented, autonomous, and diligent when following instructions
• Analyze existing processes and define areas for improvement
• Capable to work independently and consistently
• Pro-active to learn new tasks

Responsibilities

• Handle leads for assignment to proper sales representative
• Answer incoming sales calls (emails) in a professional manner and handle per procedures
• Create various reports in Salesforce and Excel, as requested
• Review, merge and update leads, contacts and accounts through a cloud based platform to clean up system data

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess Salesforce skills
• Possess Excel skills
