Summary
Join Luxury Presence as their Marketing Operations Manager and optimize marketing channel performance. Enhance lead handling strategies, improve data analysis and reporting, and ensure seamless sales and marketing alignment. Manage and develop the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Chilipiper, and others. Optimize the marketing lead assignment process and create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs). Own reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization on marketing performance, conducting regular campaign ROI analysis. Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing operations experience
- Expert experience in Hubspot including certification
- You're a master of marketing and have pushed them to their limits. Comfortable evaluating and implementing new tools. Experience with Chilipiper a plus!
- Analytically minded, with the ability to uncover important information in data and recommend changes/updates to the business
- Strong business acumen. You know how to dissect the main levers in a B2B SaaS company and understand how various initiatives relate to key business objectives
- You have a strong bias toward speed and execution. You're willing to help out with projects outside your job description, roll up your sleeves, and push things over the finish line quickly
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and own our Marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, Chilipiper, Typeform, QR Code Generator, etc
- Manage integrations with other key systems including Salesforce, WordPress, Ad Networks, Google Analytics, etc
- Own marketing attribution across the full marketing funnel
- Work closely with Marketing leaders to build out workflows and automation for growth campaigns
- Evaluate, recommend and implement other leading marketing technologies to fuel growth and efficiency
- Build and deploy landing pages and lead capture forms as needed
- Own, manage, and optimize the marketing lead assignment process to ensure every lead is distributed and followed up on in a timely manner
- Work with Inbound sales team to improve lead quality and strategic inbound processes
- Create, manage, and distribute SOPs for ongoing, repeated processes and tasks
- Collaborate with our marketing team on strategy and campaign testing
- Fully own reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization on marketing performance
- Build and deploy high quality reports and dashboards in Hubspot and partner with Data Science team on marketing metrics in company-wide dashboards
- Conduct campaign ROI analysis regularly and provide insights to stakeholders, all the way up to the executive level
- Maintain clean & efficient database segmentation for all stages of the funnel
- Implement conversion tracking and UTM tracking on all digital assets on an ongoing basis
- Build out, implement, and improve inbound lead-scoring strategy
- Work closely with the CRM team to manage properties within HubSpot and Salesforce to maintain a clean and efficient database
- Review and recommend new reporting models including multi-touch attribution
- Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns to ensure they are completed with a high degree of quality, on time, and within budget
- Work closely with the events/partnerships manager to create landing pages & implement AE lead distribution process
- Run and manage projects to test new processes and tools to drive improvements and efficiencies
- Leverage AI to bring further automation to marketing processes and tools
