Requirements
- Have 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g., had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awards
- Have intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data to support operational insights and decision-making
- Have hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize data and generate reports
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Be curious by nature and interested in making an impact
- Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
Responsibilities
- Execute on Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets
- Manage end-to-end projects on top business priorities, including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation
- Create data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
- Solve problems and implement solutions
- Design and improve processes, particularly for operations at scale
- Work with product and development teams to drive high-impact improvements
- Support strategic goal setting and performance management
- Create and maintain existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools
