Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in website project management, SEO and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, strategies and reporting tools
- Proficiency with website management platforms (WordPress), SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and project management software (Asana)
- Experience managing third-party agencies and cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret analytics data, identify trends, and leverage insights to guide project decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding effective solutions
Responsibilities
- Oversee website projects, including new page creation, page enhancements, technical updates, and user experience to align with business goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (brand, content and product marketing) and third-party agencies to ensure a cohesive approach to website management and content strategy
- Lead the planning and proposal of website updates, redesigns, and optimizations
- Recommend and implement enhancements to drive engagement, reduce bounce rates, and improve user experience
- Test and optimize website features to improve conversion rates and support lead generation
- Manage timelines and resources to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Manage SEO agency and internal stakeholders on SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and increase visibility for target audiences
- Ensure regular SEO audits are conducted that identify areas for optimization from both a content SEO and technical SEO perspective
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, search rankings, and SEO performance to guide strategic decisions
- Partner with the content team and product teams to ensure all new content is optimized for SEO best practices
- Monitor website and SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Present performance results on how programs are delivering/impacting pipeline and lead creation to key stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis with actionable insights and recommendations
- Set KPIs and benchmarks, using data-driven insights to optimize future website and SEO projects
