Summary

Join DreamHost as a Marketing Specialist to execute and evolve marketing initiatives across channels and global markets. Support campaign planning, social media (paid and brand), email marketing, and international expansion. Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to maintain project momentum, asset alignment, and clear messaging. The ideal candidate has cross-channel marketing experience, understands brand consistency, and possesses email and social media campaign expertise. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or design-related roles
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and design platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Figma, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic web publishing workflows
  • Experience with social media tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to drive decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute email marketing campaigns in coordination with our email and design teams
  • Help coordinate social media initiatives across both paid and brand channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are localized and effective for international markets
  • Assist with campaign planning, content development, and scheduling
  • Work closely with designers to ensure visuals align with campaign goals (you won’t design, but your input will help guide)
  • Analyze campaign data and report on performance to help optimize marketing strategies
  • Conduct competitive research to inform campaign direction and identify international opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in marketing, design, or related field
  • Experience with web hosting, domains, or SaaS products
  • Experience working with localization tools (e.g., WPML, Locize)
  • Knowledge of international digital marketing trends
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics experience
