Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in a Video Lead position with full ownership of the video production pipeline
• 1+ year of work experience as a UGC producer
• Expertise in video editing, color grading, and motion design hardware
• 3+ years of work experience in video production servicing performance marketing for mobile apps
• 2+ years of experience in live action video shootings
• 3+ years as a producer of a different range of commercial video projects, including post-production

Responsibilities

• Shape processes to achieve a growing success rate of video ad performance in paid user acquisition campaigns, combined with delivery KPIs
• Handle three creative directions for video production: user-generated testimonials, fitness creators’ content, and video exploration of new topics
• Manage remote and onsite creator shootings for paid ads, as well as on-brand and product content projects requiring video production

Preferred Qualifications

• Ready to share success cases of scaling production of video ads in-house
• Experience in the health & fitness mobile apps industry
• Experience in partnerships with Europe and UK-based agencies and production houses
