Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/media buying with a focus on ROI, revenue growth, and efficiency
- Proven success managing and optimizing ₹3–4 Cr+ monthly budgets across direct, affiliate, and programmatic channels
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing from a performance lens — ideally involving paid amplification, tracking, and ROI evaluation
- Deep familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer/Branch) — including attribution setup, event tagging, and fraud monitoring
- Strong proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI tools — able to translate raw data into insights and actions
- Highly analytical with a data-first, performance-obsessed mindset and a clear understanding of funnel metrics
- Creative sensibility with a good eye for ad formats, messaging, and user hooks that convert
- Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, reporting, and performance attribution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external media/influencer partners
- Working on Channels: DSP’s, Direct Media, Affiliates, Influencer Performance
Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategy across direct buying, affiliate networks, DSPs, and influencer-driven paid campaigns
- Manage and optimize media budgets of ₹3–4 Cr+/month, with a sharp focus on CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV
- Plan and manage influencer-led media amplification, working with influencer teams or platforms to drive measurable performance impact
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to build and scale compelling, scroll-stopping ad creatives, grounded in user insights
- Own attribution accuracy and data hygiene, ensuring flawless campaign tracking, UTM consistency, event mapping, and fraud controls via MMPs
- Build and nurture high-impact partnerships with publishers, ad networks, affiliates, and influencer platforms
- Scale high-quality user acquisition using ROI-positive strategies across multiple cohorts and geographies
- Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing for creatives, targeting strategies, bid types, and channel mixes
- Track media trends and emerging platforms, staying ahead of the curve on new performance channels and best practices
- Run daily data-driven performance analysis using tools like Tableau, internal dashboards, and MMPs (Appsflyer/Branch) to drive smart, actionable optimizations
- Deliver sharp performance insights with attention to detail, ensuring clean reporting and actionable feedback for internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real money gaming, e-commerce, or other high-volume transaction apps is a strong plus
