Remote Medical Assistant

Summary

Aluna is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to engage, educate, and grow their patient base by reviewing spirometry data, handling patient calls, educating patients on spirometry benefits, coaching patients on technique, and collaborating with colleagues. The position requires a licensed Medical Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in spirometry.

Requirements

• Licensed Medical Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with spirometry in a clinic
• Experience in calling and educating patients

Responsibilities

• Reviewing spirometry data and provider notes
• Handling patient calls on a daily basis
• Educating patients on clinical benefits of doing spirometry consistently
• Coaching patients to train and ensure adequate spirometry technique using Aluna

• Proven ability to meet and exceed goals and deadlines
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Collaborate with colleagues and be solution oriented
• Organized and comfortable with using Excel and Google Suite
