Summary

Join Signify Health as a Training Coordinator and play a vital role in preparing, facilitating, evaluating, and documenting training activities for employees. You will assess training needs, develop and deliver training programs using various methods, and track training outcomes. This fully remote position requires a high school diploma and two years of classroom instruction experience. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. You will report to the Training Manager of Member Engagement and partner with supervisors to coach and develop employees. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years of experience with classroom instruction
  • Organizational and time management abilities-such as prioritizing and multi-tasking when needed
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
  • Knowledge of training methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills which include public speaking and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees
  • Organize, develop and facilitate training programs to meet specific training needs including up-trainings and continued education
  • Develop and maintain training aids such as manuals and handbooks
  • Map out training plans for individual employees
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
  • Partner with supervisors to coach and develop new hires and existing Member Engagement Coordinators
  • Utilize learning systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training - build and facilitate scenarios
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through tracking employee participation and progress and identifying areas of improvement as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bi-lingual-Spanish
