Membership Sales Agent

Summary

Join our team as an Outbound/Inbound Membership Sales Agent for a mobile veterinary company! This remote role, exclusively for South African citizens, focuses on promoting membership sales to over 3,000 clients. You will make approximately 130 calls daily, aiming for a 20-25% answer rate, with an average call duration of 7 minutes. A pilot program will help determine the most effective membership tier. Inbound calls from potential members will also be handled. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent English fluency, and a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and power backup.

Requirements

• Be a South African Citizen
• Possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection
• Have a power backup solution to manage loadshedding or power outages
• Have a sales background
• Possess excellent and fluent English skills
• Have a good phone personality

Responsibilities

• Reach out to over 3,000 clients to promote membership sales
• Propose membership levels to approximately 400 clients already matching offered levels
• Handle inbound calls from potential members
• Make around 130 calls per day
• Maintain an average call duration of 7 minutes
