Summary

Join New Home Mortgage, a rapidly expanding builder-focused mortgage company, as a National Mortgage Sales and Business Development Executive. Lead the national expansion of our builder-aligned mortgage sales presence in high-growth markets. Deepen and expand relationships with builders by providing consistent value, insight, and execution support. Recruit and hire top-performing Loan Officers. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and executive leadership. Achieve revenue targets, market penetration, and builder satisfaction goals. Maximize loan volume, market share, and customer satisfaction through builder onboarding and Loan Officer alignment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in mortgage, title, or real estate sales with national or multi-market reach
  • Proven success growing builder partnerships and B2B channels
  • Comfortable presenting to executives and navigating high-stakes deals
  • Experience recruiting and leading sales teams in fast-paced environments
  • Deep knowledge of builder-direct lending
  • Bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Bold communicator, high-energy leader, road-ready and relationship-driven
