Requirements

  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI, and contribute to a passionate and collaborative GTM team
  • 5-7+ years of New Business and Account Management experience (prior digital media and SaaS experience) with a strong track record of success
  • Technically savvy and experience in Salesforce required
  • Experience working within a team environment to over-deliver on desired results
  • Experience with high-level (Director or above) contract negotiations and the ability to successfully navigate complex organizations
  • Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
  • Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  • Strong belief in a proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients
  • A passion for excellent customer service

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a large book of business through a high-deep and wide sales approach
  • Build a book of customers by hunting prospects and leaning on Indeed to bundle clients into Glassdoor and Indeed branding products
  • Successfully communicate and work with Indeed partners to maintain client satisfaction and generate new business
  • Create client value by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to ensure clients are receiving proper program expectations and deliver impactful BPI’s to clients
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly retention and growth goals
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities via the phone and web

  • Base Salary Range*: 123,200 (OTE: 205,300) - 132,000 (220,000)
