Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in healthcare or capital sales
Responsibilities
- Identify key targets and build an SNF pipeline through focused efforts and challenger messaging
- Increase awareness of Outsetβs dialysis solution within the post-acute market, specifically targeting SNFs
- Manage and support the complex sales process
- Garner clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and Tablo demonstrations
- Create a sense of urgency to address and close gaps in the sales process
- Cultivate support from physicians, clinical staff, and administration for Tablo
- Facilitate the effective transition of initial sales and installations to the clinical team to drive treatment volume
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Establish Tablo support teams at each Tablo location
- Initiate contact with CEOs and senior leadership
- Organize and oversee the sales process
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven successful track record in capital medical equipment sales
- Knowledge of the post-acute SNF market
- C-Suite selling and Disruptive technology experience
- Self-lead and motivated
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships with key thought leaders
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, depending on account distribution
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Experience selling in disruptive environments and influencing behavior change
- A history of success in introducing new technologies to the market is advantageous
