Summary

Join Thyme Care as a Network Operations Manager and support the strategic operations of Thyme Care Oncology Partners, managing relationships, overseeing account operations, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. You will refine processes, develop and track operational goals, manage executive stakeholders, and drive progress toward company objectives. Within three months, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Thyme Care and build strong relationships with internal and external teams. After six months, you will independently manage escalations, prepare materials, draft communications, identify process improvements, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Success in this role requires action-oriented, organizational, communication, adaptability, member-centric, and collaborative skills. The position requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree and 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree with 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payers and providers
  • Proven ability to lead and manage both internal and external meetings and communications
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Experience developing presentations and synthesizing complex information for senior-level audiences

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic operations of our fastest-growing vertical, Thyme Care Oncology Partners
  • Manage relationships, overseeing account operations, and facilitating clear communication and collaborative problem-solving with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Help refine processes across internal teams and external partnerships to support scalable success in 2025
  • Play a key role in developing and tracking operational goals, managing executive stakeholders, and driving progress toward our broader company objectives
  • Get up to speed on Thyme Care, our executive team, our business, and our roadmap
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Product, Operations Marketing, and patient-facing teams to fully understand team functions and collaborate on highlighting our impact to and stories of members we enroll and how we communicate them to providers
  • Become familiar with our analytics platforms and EMR reporting used to inform our strategic imperatives and drive practice transformation
  • Learn the ins and outs of partnering oncology practice Thyme Care-related workflows, policies and procedures, escalation pathways, communications best practices, and documentation standards
  • Own select practice escalations, resolving issues internally by collaborating with other cross-functional teams
  • Can independently prepare practice-facing materials from templates and other resources
  • Can draft external communications to varying levels of stakeholders, with a clear and concise call to action
  • Begin to identify opportunities to streamline our practice operations, surface trends and potential solutions to improve key metrics with Thyme Care Oncology Partner practices
  • Be up to speed on our business, member engagements, payer partnerships, and provider relationships and serve as core cross-functional contributor internally
  • Drive multiple project timelines and be accountable to milestone dates
  • Be comfortable diving into our data to build market and network insights for our teams to learn from
  • Help build scalable processes for managing information about our network of providers
  • Build presentations, support practice onboarding, and tailor messaging based on partner practice needs
  • Manage and independently own metric reporting, operational and strategic improvement initiatives, and practice escalations
  • Facilitate regular touchpoints with partner practices to drive engagement and ensure alignment with value-based Thyme Care initiatives
  • Recommend and implement process improvements across Thyme Care and partner practice workflows, contributing to scalable implementation strategies and success playbooks
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to practices by providing data-driven insights and recommendations, and proactively resolving operational roadblocks
  • Advocate for partner practice needs internally, ensuring their perspectives inform product, process, and strategic decisions
