Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development in a B2B setting
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and lead generation teams to develop and convert new customer opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new markets, customers, and products
  • Engage in cold calling, contract negotiations, and client presentations
  • Develop tailored business proposals and manage the full sales cycle, from pitching to contract implementation
  • Achieve and exceed new business targets, while maintaining strong product knowledge and market insight
  • Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery
