Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Knowledge of branding, social media, beauty, fashion, or entertainment industries (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for small group settings
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Drive, and SharePoint required. Solid relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to take on hands-on tasks to support execution
- Fluency in English; business proficiency in French or German preferred
- Flexibility to travel as needed (~10- 15%)
- Candidates may be based in Paris, Berlin, Dusseldorf, or Romania
Responsibilities
- Assist in fostering retailer partnerships and support the retail marketing lead
- Participate in planning seasonal requests for strategic EMEA retailers
- Attend retailer marketing meetings and gather insights
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams for retailer needs
- Assist in developing customized retailer marketing plans for launches
- Manage and distribute creative assets and toolkits to retailers
- Organize and maintain retailer social media requests
- Manage distribution of PDP assets and marketing copy for new launches per retailer
- GWP/ Sampling programs implementation (placing orders and provide banners)
- Assist in day-to-day agency management across assigned markets
- Coordinator PR/Influencer seeding with Global and agencies
- Monitor campaign performance with agency
- Assist in regional event planning
- Support project management for seasonal merchandising updates and planograms
- Provide project support for new product launches and revivals
- Help create and manage marketing tools like calendars, materials, presentations
- Submit creative requests to brand/merchandising teams for retailer needs
- Conduct monthly retailer website audits for pricing, assets, copy, video
- Optimize PDP content for retailer websites
- Monitor launch campaigns and consumer insights
- Conduct competitive research across retailer sites/channels
- Maintain and update internal retailer marketing calendars
- Track and communicate monthly recurring digital retail tasks
- Assist in updating pricing trackers
- Assist with translation requests for merchandising creatives
- Aid in content shoot briefs with a retail focus
- Handle marketing administrative duties as needed
