Summary
Join a market-leading EdTech company as a Project Manager, supporting large-scale software implementations. Reporting to the Head of Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for migrating new customers to a suite of SaaS products. You will manage projects ranging from single schools to large-scale programs. Responsibilities include leading initiation sessions, producing project plans, ensuring successful delivery through robust project governance, managing data migration, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills, along with project management experience. Understanding of data migration and experience with MIS switchovers are desirable.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead initiation sessions to confirm customer requirements
- Produce and maintain the project plan for the customer
- Ensure successful delivery through implementing robust project governance (managing RAID logs, status reports, RAG reviews, go live readiness checks etc)
- Manage the data migration, with support from migration coordinators
- Manage effective and efficient communications with internal and external stakeholders, throughout the project life cycle, ensuring that handovers are successfully delivered to Support and Customer Success teams at the appropriate time
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of data migration processes and services
- Experience with MIS switchovers
- Exposure to the UK EdTech/Education sector
