Join Remote's Onboarding Operations team as an Onboarding Operations Coordinator and make a difference in the global employment space. You will assist in onboarding new employees, create and maintain documentation, improve the onboarding experience, manage employee data, and support reporting and compliance initiatives. Requirements
- Experience working in an operations function (people operations experience is an advantage)
- Experience working in a fast paced, cross functional environment, ideally within a startup company
- Excited by the constant change and growth working in a startup company brings
- Team player, ready to support colleagues when needed and keen to learn
- Strong sense of ownership, comfortable working independently, asks for help when needed
- Youβre a productivity geek and constantly thinking of ways to improve processes
- Writes and speaks fluent English
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the Onboarding Operations team in the onboarding of new employees (external to Remote) including taking on projects and tasks to ease administrative load on Onboarding Specialists for countries across all regions
- Responsible for assisting the Onboarding Operations team in creating and maintaining documentation
- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the onboarding experience
- Manage employee data and serve as subject matter expert on our product, ensuring information is current, secure and confidentiality is maintained
- Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives
- Identify automation opportunities within onboarding processes
