Join Envato as a People Ops Coordinator and manage the administrative tasks for People Operations, acting as the initial point of contact for the People Team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering various HR systems. Responsibilities
- Coordination of the global people team Freshservice account, ensuring efficient and effective response times being met
- Administer the HelloPeople inbox, triaging inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Respond to queries related to MX People operations, ensuring timely and accurate support and responses
- Actioning letters, providing advice on polices and updating employee details in BambooHR and other updates as required to close queries
- Collaborate globally across AU, NZ and MX people practices, aligning on processes, policies and expectations and ensure employee responses times are met globally
- Administration of employee movements and changes; tracking employee lifecycle changes including new starters / onboarding, offboarding, probation, secondments, WFA, service anniversaries, fixed term contracts, and preparation of letters, such as contract variation letters and employment verifications and updating relevant stakeholders and systems
- Contractor administration; including tracking end dates and preparation of work orders renewals
- Maintain and manage up to date HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Liaise with payroll to ensure all relevant paperwork is provided in a timely manner
- Provide administration support in people systems; including but not limited to BambooHR, FreshService, Enboarder, Lever, Learning systems, 15:FIVE
- Administer the end to end onboarding experience and process of all new employees (contract signing, new employee file assembly, welcome kit assembly and safeguarding of employee file)
- Administer the end to end administrative offboarding process of all departing employees
- Work alongside the IT Ops and Finance team to create an awesome experience for everyone joining and leaving Envato
- Printing, scanning + filing of MX employment documents
- Weekly milestones, including new hires, departures, anniversaries and promotions for newsletter
- Monthly updates into our HR Dashboard via Tableau

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a HR Administrator within a fast paced environment is desirable
- Previous experience using HR systems such as BambooHR is desirable
