Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in education, communication, instructional design, human resources, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Forms
• Experience in creating training plans containing tests, hands-on activities, and other training materials

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding activities, including scheduling and preparing materials
• Conduct onboarding sessions in a variety of formats including virtual and in-person sessions to introduce new hires to the PatientPoint Overview, value add, and procedures
• Collaborating with HR, the hiring managers, and other Provider Solutions stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
• Monitor the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed
• Conduct audits to identify gaps in training by utilizing reports, call monitoring, and job shadowing
• Assist in maintaining a body of knowledge for training resources
• Develop strategies and techniques to promote a positive learning environment
• Support departmental initiatives and identify ways to enhance training effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-learning or virtual training delivery methods a plus
• Awareness of the ADDIE model and Learning Management Systems a plus
• Education or experience in adult learning strategies a plus
• Familiarity with training creation or development tools such as Canva, Synthesia, Articulate, Storyline360, Adobe illustrator a plus
• Salesforce experience a plus
