Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable training in online marketing/digital marketing or a related field
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in online or digital marketing, ideally in a medium-sized company
  • Technical know-how and experience in using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, MailChimp and analytics tools (e.g. eTracker)
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA and performance marketing, as well as experience in creating content strategies
  • Strong communication skills, creativity and a feel for the visual and textual design of marketing content
  • Structured and independent way of working with strong time and project management skills
  • Willingness to deal with new trends and technologies and to integrate them into their work
  • Fluent in German and good English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Analysis and optimization of corporate and product websites for better visibility in search engines
  • Planning, implementation and management of paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with data-based monitoring and optimization
  • Conception and creation of target group-oriented content (e.g. blog posts, newsletters, social media posts) as well as creative design of texts and visuals
  • Supervision of the company's presence on social media platforms and conception of social ads to increase reach and engagement
  • Creation of reports to evaluate the success of the campaigns and derive suggestions for optimization
  • Collaborate with other departments and external service providers to successfully implement projects
