Summary
Join Ownershift, a purpose-driven acquisition platform, as an Operations Analyst. You will play a vital role in the growth and success of Ownershift and its portfolio companies. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, you will manage diverse responsibilities, from post-acquisition integration to compliance and reporting. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment. You will collaborate with leadership teams and service providers to ensure operational needs are met and best-of-breed solutions are implemented.
Requirements

- Demonstrate the ability to set priorities, track details, and provide senior management with all the necessary information to facilitate and expedite decisions

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of operational processes in collaboration with the leadership team of Ownershift as well as with the Presidents of Ownershiftβs portfolio companies
- Work closely with the leadership of the portfolio companies to ensure all operational needs are being met and sustained
- Assist with implementing the systems for incorporation, legal documentation (employee agreements and NDAs), HR compliance, insurance, employee benefits, employee onboarding, IT, branding and naming, record keeping, and website design and management
- Liaise between pre-identified service providers, portfolio companies, and management company
- Research new technologies, vendors, and best practices to ensure the best-of-breed solutions are being administered
- Ensure only the highest level of service and communication is being maintained
