Join Verra Mobility's Command Center team as an Operations Analyst and contribute to the quality assurance of our roadside monitoring and enforcement implementations across North America and parts of Canada. This 24/7 operation ensures our government clients receive reliable service. You will review images and videos, identify defects, perform data analysis, and write reports. The role involves investigating technical issues, recommending solutions, and establishing QA methodologies. You will work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and participating in team meetings. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, information technology, statistics, or closely related field or three (3) years’ experience in Operations, Remote Troubleshooting or Analytical experience OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
- Advanced skill and experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Addition suite applications like Power BI Pro, Viso and Outlook
- Demonstrated knowledge of auditing and quality assurance practice for use across a wide range of devices and processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of analysis techniques and reporting strategies
- Demonstrated knowledge of computing and data analysis
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management and information technologies
- Experience in accurately and reliably interpreting data for determining appropriate action
- Experience in managing multiple priorities
- Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment
Responsibilities
- Review of existing Red-Light Camera locations, including still images and video (pre and post process) to ensure the equipment is working properly and captured images are of the highest quality
- Able to recognize issues/defects that will impact implementation and monitoring
- Excellent analytic skills
- Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insight
- Write or review validation protocols and technical reports
- Perform periodic review of equipment calibration and maintenance; serve as quality control advocate
- Perform investigative testing to remote technical support technologies; participate in root cause analysis; lead and write investigations reports
- Investigate VCC quality issues and recommend sound corrective actions and resolution
- Review internal documents / external documents, make recommendation as needed
- Help to establish QA methodologies and strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on time, including ticket administration, communications, and follow up activities
- Ability to learn in an 'on-the-job' training environment
- Participates in planning, daily stand-ups, backlogs sessions
- Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering
- Adhere to customer-specific procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA) as well as team KPI’s
- Ability and willingness to learn new things, particularly new technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Preferred Agile Scrum Certification which could be Scrum Master, Productor Owner or Scrum Fundamentals
- Preferred experience in Scripting or Programming Languages such as PowerShell, Visual Basic, or Python
- Preferred Experience Skill in quantitative data analysis and interpretation
