Operations Analyst - Payroll

Summary

You will support mission-critical initiatives, working across teams and vendors on strategic projects. Responsibilities include supporting state registration requests, identifying process improvements, assisting users, supporting product launches, and creating user communications. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, along with 1+ years of payroll registration and operations experience. Experience with customers and early-stage startups is also required. • Strong project management skills
• Learns new skills and problem domains quickly
• 1+ years experience with payroll registrations
• 1+ years working in operations or related function
• Previous experience working directly with customers
• Experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn
• Strong connection with the mission of the company

Responsibilities

• Provide support to state registration requests, trouble shooting, and maintaining SLAs
• Identify improvements to registration and filing systems and processes
• Identify improvements to compliance requirements monitoring, updates, and coverage
• Provide support to users—answering questions and handling requests
• Support product feature launches and rollout to customers
• Write user communications and/or announcements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a BPO a plus
