Operations Assistant

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a part-time, remote Operations Assistant based in Latin America. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement. You will conduct lead generation, manage appointments and communication, handle basic bookkeeping, assist with transaction coordination, prepare meeting notes, and support email and systems organization. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Operations Support, familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Compensation ranges from $500-$1300 USD per month, and the position is for an independent contractor.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Support
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., FollowUp Boss, HubSpot, or similar)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through
• Proficient in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation through calling, email outreach, and CRM follow-ups
• Set up appointments, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication logs
• Manage and organize Google Calendar with appointments, reminders, and deadlines
• Handle basic bookkeeping (expense tracking, P&L logs, receipt organization)
• Assist with transaction coordination and CRM management
• Prepare meeting notes, follow-up tasks, and daily to-do lists
• Research and compile property and market data as needed
• Support email and systems organization (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)

Experience with real estate or property management (plus)
