Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound leads, respond to inquiries, and follow up on all communications
  • Manage leads within the HubSpot CRM and other platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Act as an operations coordinator by running team meetings, keeping everyone accountable for their tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Replacing the GM in running operations
  • Develop and set up systems such as ClickUp, Monday.com, and candidate sourcing tools
  • Automate company operations and ensure these systems are user-friendly and optimized for team use
  • Work towards growing the business through micro and macro improvements that contribute to the strategic growth and development of the company
  • Provide oversight on brand management and communication
  • Liaise with the content and social media teams to nurture and develop the brand, ensuring consistent and effective messaging
