Operations Coordinator

Summary

Join LeafLink, a leading wholesale cannabis platform, as a Contract Operations Coordinator. Support the customer success and billing teams by managing the end-to-end customer contract process. Work with internal stakeholders and systems to ensure efficient and accurate contract creation, tracking, and approvals. Collaborate with various teams to align on contract terms and escalate issues. Track contract status, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements. Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries. Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in contract operations, customer success, sales operations, or a related role
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs; experience with Sage Intacct and/or Nue is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and time zones

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer contract process for LeafLink’s wholesale clients across multiple systems (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Nue)
• Review and populate standard contract templates based on deal structure and client requirements
• Ensure timely processing of new contracts, amendments, renewals, and cancellations
• Collaborate with customer success, finance, and legal teams to align on contract terms and escalate issues as needed
• Track contract status and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for better efficiency and compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract-related questions or follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with US-based clients or in a SaaS/startup environment is a bonus
