Summary

Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Monthly monitoring of statistical targets. Including E&M level of services billed, use of modifiers (example, G2211), TCM visit volumes, and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) volumes
- Communicates with clinical and administrative leadership across NMG to develop educational programs that address identified opportunities to improve billing coding accuracy and level of services billed
- Provides at-the-elbow support to physicians and APPs to address questions and trends in professional billing and coding
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational training / experience
- Epic, Billing and Coding experience
- Bachelorβs degree in related field (MHA, HIM), or currently enrolled in related program (AHIMA, RHIT, HIM)
