Operations Lead - Logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience
• 2–5 years of experience in fast paced operations
• Strong project management skills with track record of managing large scale operations
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
• Proficient in data analysis; SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written) – Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE Driving License

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws
• Manage the full captain recruitment process, from sourcing and onboarding to go-live
• Spearhead the implementation of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the fleet
• Lead and support teams to achieve consistent operational excellence
• Partner with performance and operations teams to achieve key operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Deliver regular weekly updates and reports to relevant stakeholders
