Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, refine, and implement strategic initiatives that improve operational processes and drive efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, developing action plans to enhance workflows and support business growth
• Establish scalable processes that enable seamless collaboration between operations, product, engineering, and legal teams
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to streamline contract management, regulatory tracking, and governance processes
• Develop and implement workflow automation solutions to improve turnaround times for key legal processes
• Ensure operational policies and documentation are up to date, standardized, and easily accessible across the organization
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights into operational performance, key business metrics, and efficiency gains
• Leverage data to assess process effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs related to operational success and business impact
• Research and implement best practices in process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions that optimize performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure operational processes align with best-in-class standards
• Participate in the evaluation, testing, and iterative development of AI-driven tools and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiencies
• Support the adoption and integration of AI technologies into existing workflows, ensuring smooth implementation and maximizing impact
• Work with product and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
• Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus
