Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will establish best practices across revenue strategy, analytics, sales processes, and tech stack management. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing HubSpot, analyzing marketing ROI, overseeing the marketing tech stack, collaborating on campaign execution, supporting commercial operations, optimizing processes, generating performance reports, and managing projects. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations or digital marketing roles with a strong focus on execution and campaign management. Proven track record of managing reporting for multi-channel campaigns and sales outbound efforts reporting that drive measurable results
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and tools like UserGems, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Execution Focus: Demonstrates a βget-it-doneβ attitude with a focus on tactical execution always keeping in mind the high-level strategy. Ability to implement best practices effectively without owning or building roadmaps
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience leading cross-functional projects. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for marketing and sales teams and maintain alignment across departments
- You must have an eligible work permit in the USA or Canada to be considered for this position
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot to identify, score, track, and attribute leads as they progress through our marketing funnel. Ensure accurate data capture and reporting across campaigns
- Analyze success of various marketing channels to determine Marketing ROI and inform future resource allocation decisions
- Oversee the management of our marketing tech stack (Hubspot, UserGems, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) ensuring they are effectively integrated and utilized to support SDRs and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with Marketing, paid media partners, and analytics to manage end-to-end campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives
- Work closely with Revenue Operationss and marketing to streamline lead handoff processes, improve visibility into lead progression, and support sales teams with actionable insights and reports
- Support the RevOps and Growth Manager in documenting, analyzing, and optimizing the marketing and sales funnels. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Generate performance reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and channels. Provide actionable insights to both marketing and sales teams to refine strategies
- Organize status meetings, manage project timelines, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Maintain detailed meeting notes and action items
