Requirements
- Previous experience in strategic operations, setup teams, or partners management, especially within sales teams and/or tech companies, consulting firms or comparable experience
- Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
- Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership/stakeholders
- Equipped with strong problem-solving and analytics skills, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- Fosters relationships through rapport building and is a trusted resource from lower-level to executive stakeholders
- An individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who is able to lead complex projects
- Willingness to learn and challenge yourself, working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
Responsibilities
- Engage and connect strong relationships with multi-level stakeholders to collaborate with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and at the channel partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources
- Facilitate the channel partners' operations, including, but not limited to, account setup and updates, onboarding, engagement, and contract renewal processes, by leading a high-performance team towards efficiency and high-impact deliveries
- Monitor, track and communicate key performance metrics and process progress, identifying operations bottlenecks, risks and opportunities, and considering courses of action for different scenarios
- Facilitate regular Strategy and Ops meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members through active listening, open dialogue, and structured communication
- Monitor and ensure the contracts baselines are managed proactively and efficiently, minimizing churn risks and increasing renewal rates
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions that transform and continuously help to improve our company
