Summary

Join a dynamic, global team as the Contract & CRM Operations Manager, overseeing contract lifecycles using Zoho CRM, optimizing workflows, managing standard contract templates, and guiding internal stakeholders. Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the CRM system, manage the full contract lifecycle, maintain and improve standard contract templates, monitor critical milestones, and oversee CRM workflows, automations, and reporting. Train internal teams on CRM best practices and contract compliance protocols. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or procurement, along with CRM system implementation experience and familiarity with contract law and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and skilled stakeholder engagement abilities. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with opportunities for remote work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or procurement
  • Prior experience implementing or maintaining a CRM system (Zoho or similar CRM system)
  • Familiarity with contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of contractual principles and regulatory requirements
  • Proven success in CRM system deployment and user adoption strategies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management
  • Analytical thinker with a talent for identifying workflow inefficiencies and risk areas
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional communication, and internal training
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of our CRM system (Zoho)
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle — tracking and maintaining contracts across departments
  • Maintain and improve standard contract templates to align with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Monitor critical milestones: contract expirations, renewals, and compliance deadlines
  • Oversee CRM workflows, automations, and reporting to enhance visibility and performance tracking
  • Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and contract compliance protocols
