Operations Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Possess a completed vocational training or university degree
• Have initial experience in a service-oriented field, preferably in a dynamic environment (e.g., startup)
• Be enthusiastic about modern tools and enjoy data-driven work
• Enjoy close communication and problem-solving with external partners and internal teams
• Be an organizational talent and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
• Speak very good German and good English

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in perfect condition
• Guarantee smooth vehicle returns at the end of subscriptions
• Supervise external vehicle delivery specialists in daily operations
• Communicate effectively between internal teams and partners
• Act as a key interface between the driver network and internal teams
• Ensure smooth processes across all operations
• Contribute to improving the customer experience at FINN using customer feedback and your own ideas
• Master daily challenges, both routine tasks and unexpected issues
• Make independent decisions and manage KPIs to contribute to team success
• Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure the best customer experience in vehicle delivery and return
• Communicate in a structured and results-oriented manner to enhance partnerships
• Make data-driven decisions by analyzing complex information to support your area and colleagues
• Handle diverse tasks, from interacting with the driver network to administrative duties (e.g., quote comparison, quality control, invoice release)
