Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering from a top-tier university
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to tools and applications such as Airtable, Pipedrive, Notion, Make, and Zapier
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven reputation for punctuality, responsibility, and dependability in prior roles
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while proactively achieving goals
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively
- Experience supporting multiple executives
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the COO to drive key strategic initiatives and ensure their successful implementation
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Sales team and other departments
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Manage the COOβs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Serve as a point of contact for the Sales team and assist with various departmental needs
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams and departments
- Organize and coordinate team events, meetings, and other activities
- Take on miscellaneous tasks as required to support the COO and the broader team
- Provide high-level administrative support to other departments when necessary
