Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the overall management of operations within Windmill Digital, lead a team of operations professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The role is based in India.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in operations & management
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
  • Monitor and manage budgets, optimizing cost-efficiency across departments
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
  • Lead the recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and cultural fit
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and retention strategies
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading HR and operations in a technology or IT company
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
