Summary

Join our Strategic Partnerships team as an Operations Manager to contribute towards the success of our Franchise Business. As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Franchise Partners across various markets to ensure implementation, adaptation and continuous improvement of our business and operating models in the respective cities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive work experience in an operations focused role within Blueground
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in Google Suite and MS Office
  • Results-oriented go-getter; great at multitasking and managing competing priorities
  • Team player and creative thinker
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Significant project management experience while working under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills put to use in a fast pace environment
  • Global awareness and cross cultural understanding with the ability and desire to travel frequently

Responsibilities

  • Be involved with the full operational set-up of Blueground’s properties in Franchise Cities (furnishing, supplies, services, etc) according to brand style and guidelines
  • Provide comprehensive operational training to the partners’ teams, ensuring they understand and can execute all processes effectively to meet Blueground’s standards
  • Support partners’ teams in liaising, managing, and negotiating with contractors, vendors, and third-party partners ensuring that guests enjoy high standards of client experience
  • Train partners’ teams to manage inventory effectively, including furniture, consumables, and linens, while optimizing stock levels to meet operational demands
  • Partner with cross-functional support BG teams to improve guest experience services in franchise markets, driving efficiency while maintaining Blueground’s high-quality standards
  • Help partners continually reduce operational costs by refining processes, improving productivity, and eliminating errors without compromising on service quality
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) across all partners’ team systems, such as Blueb, guest app, website, WMS, ensuring operational consistency and accuracy
