Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B relationship management and project management with proven track record in both
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal, good presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft suite proficiency (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Advanced Google suite proficiency (including Mail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, etc.)
- Experience with ticket management systems (Jira, Monday.com )
- Bachelor's degree in business related area of study
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with Braviant's bank partner
- Ensure all bank requests are actioned immediately by creating/documentation/data/information/analysis or assigning work packages to Braviant resources via ticketing system (Jira)
- Maintain a record of all bank and Braviant submissions for approval
- Document meetings ensuring decisions, action items, deliverables, due dates, etc. are clearly captured and communicated
- Compile and/or oversee the compilation of monthly business performance and compliance presentations
- Spearhead the creation of Braviant's submissions for approval to the bank; follow up with the bank to ensure timely turn-around
- Lead internal projects that result from the bank's requirements of Braviant
- Lead internal technology requirements documentation and implementation projects primarily for but not limited to Operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech
- Reputation for collaboration even in difficult situations; sound judgment
- Unwavering attention to detail
- Appetite to learn about Braviant's business at a deep level
- Demonstrated experience in managing team members across the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality material
- PMP designation
- Experience leading technology implementation projects
- Experience in Operations, specifically contact centers
