Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with Braviant's bank partner
  • Ensure all bank requests are actioned immediately by creating/documentation/data/information/analysis or assigning work packages to Braviant resources via ticketing system (Jira)
  • Maintain a record of all bank and Braviant submissions for approval
  • Document meetings ensuring decisions, action items, deliverables, due dates, etc. are clearly captured and communicated
  • Compile and/or oversee the compilation of monthly business performance and compliance presentations
  • Spearhead the creation of Braviant's submissions for approval to the bank; follow up with the bank to ensure timely turn-around
  • Lead internal projects that result from the bank's requirements of Braviant
  • Lead internal technology requirements documentation and implementation projects primarily for but not limited to Operations

The Role:

Reporting to the COO, the Program Manager role is an exciting opportunity for a talented relationship manager with project management skills.  The successful candidate will apply business acumen and relationship building skills to foster and manage Braviant’s key bank partnership so that the program operates and grows while meeting all legal and compliance requirements and ensuring Braviant’s business needs are met.  Strong communication skills are a must along with the ability to work at all levels of both organizations.  Hands-on management of multiple Braviant and bank requests for information and submissions for approval is a core aspect of the role.  While the position will start with one key bank relationship, other partnerships that require management will follow as Braviant grows its business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As the primary point of contact with Braviant’s bank partner, the Program Manager will manage the day-to-day communication and relationship with the bank.
  • Ensure all bank requests are actioned immediately either by creating and / or compiling the required documentation/data/information/analysis and / or assigning work packages to Braviant resources via ticketing system (Jira); follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain a record of all bank and Braviant submissions for approval.

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders: Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk and Analytics.
