Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or e-commerce
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with order management systems preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues
• Monitor incoming orders, coordinate with production and shipping teams, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
• Assist in updating listings, managing inventory, tracking orders, and ensuring a high-performance seller rating
• Generate and maintain accurate royalty reports for school fundraising campaigns and licensed merchandise
• Keep order data, customer details, and reporting dashboards up to date and accurate
• Work closely with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a strong plus
• Experience with reporting or royalty tracking is a bonus
