Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, lead generation, data scraping, or similar roles
- Proficiency with lead generation tools like Apollo.io , and other similar platforms
- Strong ability to conduct detailed research and generate high-quality lead lists tailored to different markets and customer needs
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems to maintain and track leads
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues through research and logic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lead lists for multiple markets using tools like Apollo.io and other AI-driven web scrapers
- Gather valuable contact information from various industries including event planners, corporate clients, educational institutions, caterers, and more
- Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to maintain lead data and support with lead qualifying
- Conduct deep market research to identify key business opportunities, events, and other verticals where event rental services may be required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure targeted and accurate lead generation efforts for all locations
- Work closely with the sales team to identify leads and prospects that have a high potential for new business
- Solve general vague problems by conducting research on Google, AI tools, and other online resources to develop logical solutions
- Identify the tech stack and resources required for the effective execution of business operations
- Manage and track lead generation results to ensure that the business development teams receive well-targeted and actionable leads
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing internal operations and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the event rental industry or related sectors (e.g., event planning, corporate events, weddings)
- Experience with the Texas market
- Prior experience working with offshore teams or in a remote-first environment
- Knowledge of sales operations and how to optimize lead generation and sales processes
