Responsibilities
- System Error Analysis & Reporting : Identify and report system errors to ensure smooth operation of all FAIRTIQ systems (e.g. reproducing a bug or checking user settings in the database). Provide third-level support to customer care agents for complex issues
- Operational Handover, Management & Maintenance : Take over operational tasks from project leads after project completion, including managing data updates, implementing tariff changes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all active regions and SDK integrations are updated and functioning properly
- Partner & Internal Support : Offer operational support to both partners and FAIRTIQ employees, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise. This includes access management for company services and tools
- Topic Ownership & Leadership : Take ownership of specific operational topics, based on team needs and personal interests (e.g., Tariff Updates, Payment Operations, Customer Care Systems, Systems Access Admin, Mobile Device Management )
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with public transport systems or similar technology-based platforms is an advantage
- Additional languages such as Danish , French , Italian , or Czech are a plus
- Experience or interest in scripting or automation (e.g., Python) is a plus
