Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and integrate workflows for both marketing and sales operations with CRM systems and other platforms
  • Roll out automation workflows across multiple client accounts to ensure efficiency and smooth execution
  • Utilize tools like Zapier to automate routine tasks, streamline lead management, and improve operational efficiency for both sales and marketing
  • Set up calendar integrations to enhance appointment scheduling and synchronize activities across teams
  • Utilize APIs to connect GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and other external platforms to integrate CRM, marketing, and sales tools
  • Develop custom integration solutions to enhance system functionality and data flow, supporting both sales and marketing processes
  • Build and maintain dashboards for internal performance optimization and client reporting using tools like Metabase
  • Provide actionable insights for both marketing and sales teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Create comprehensive reports to monitor CRM activities, campaign performance, and overall success metrics
  • Manage marketing automation in GoHighLevel, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing campaign performance
  • Execute general marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads effectively
  • Collaborate closely with sales, project management, and content teams for seamless marketing and sales operations
  • Manage generic sales tasks, including CRM management, lead qualification, and pipeline optimization
