Responsibilities

• Recruit mentors and guided triads facilitators
• Organize monthly training sessions
• Provide continuous support to mentors and guided triads facilitators
• Develop resources such as guides, toolkits, & other materials to support mentoring programs
• Continuously improve processes to pair mentors with mentees
• Oversee the planning and execution of all PXS alumni events
• Facilitate monthly networking events
• Continuously evaluate and optimize planning and execution processes
• Regularly distribute surveys to gather feedback from alumni
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Regularly post relevant and interactive content
• Welcome new members and continuously improve the onboarding process
• Maintain and share a comprehensive calendar of upcoming events
• Promptly respond to member queries and feedback
• Engage with members through discussions, comments, and interactive posts
