Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales within professional services organizations
• Bonus for experience within product/software development and staff augmentation companies
• Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and strategies
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive business growth
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information
• Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, and social media
• Utilize social selling techniques to build relationships and nurture leads
• Collaborate with the outbound sales team to align efforts and achieve targets
• Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance outbound efforts
