Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead generation strategies that result in measurable business growth
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective outbound lead generation strategies to attract new clients in the recruitment sector, with a focus on online businesses
  • Identify and research potential clients, targeting online businesses requiring high-value recruitment services
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels to establish contact and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach content and campaigns
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent growth in new business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine lead generation strategies
