Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B, Outsourcing or Medical environment
  • Perfect communication skills in English is a must! Both Verbal and Written
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively influence decision-making
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using digital tools for sales prospecting and communication
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, while also being a collaborative team player

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive prospecting efforts and effective follow-up strategies
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs, present our products/services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to drive sales conversions
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with potential customers, overcoming objections to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, refine messaging, and share best practices for maximizing sales effectiveness
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports on sales performance and revenue projections
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

Benefits

$1500 per month salary + Commission (up to $200 per closed deal) + additional bonuses
