Summary
Join Figma's growing Growth Marketing team as a Paid Marketing Manager to expand and optimize paid media presence across social and video channels. You will drive top-of-funnel growth, broaden Figma's reach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Develop and execute paid media strategies, implement audience segmentation, and align creative messaging with Figma's brand. This role involves building a roadmap for testing and optimizing ad creative, leading experiments, managing retargeting, and analyzing campaign performance. This full-time position can be based in a US hub or remotely within the United States. Figma offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- 6+ years of digital marketing, paid marketing, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience running paid social and video campaigns for SaaS products, with a focus on audience targeting and top-of-funnel growth
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to testing, performance optimization, and ROI measurement
- Experience with paid media tools and platforms, such as DV360, Smartly, and Google Analytics 4
- The ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and adjust campaigns in real time based on performance
- Familiarity with incrementality testing methods, such as MMM and Geo-X
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across social and video channels, focusing on top-of-funnel growth and audience expansion
- Implement and optimize audience segmentation strategies, including demographic, firmographic, and psychographic targeting, to increase engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., PMM, brand, content) to align creative and messaging with Figmaβs brand and product offerings
- Build and maintain a roadmap for testing and optimizing ad creative, audience targeting, and budget allocation
- Lead high-velocity experiments to rapidly identify and scale winning strategies that drive growth
- Manage retargeting efforts to maximize reach and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with broader growth goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programmatic advertising and emerging channels like TikTok or programmatic display
- Prior experience in a high-growth or product-led SaaS environment
- A background in marketing analytics
