Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising and campaign management. (Ex. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc)
- Experience with local high-ticket service-based businesses
- Experience with national high-ticket service-based businesses
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and other marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the aesthetic industry and a drive to achieve excellent results
Responsibilities
- Fully managing up to 7 ad accounts across HighKey's marketing and their client's direct advertising
- Creating all of the content ideas, scripting, and then executing the filming with the respective teams
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content tailored to our target demographic
- Develop and oversee ad campaigns across various digital platforms, focusing on aesthetic clinic owners in North America
- Assist in refining marketing funnels, enhancing lead conversion and nurturing strategies
- Optimizing the ad spends of campaigns daily between ad sets
- Working with the respective CRM managers to ensure that all leads are logged properly, organized, and taken care of by the respective sales teams
- Communicating and meeting with the social media, email marketing and other teams to coordinate messaging and campaigns for brand consistency
- Ensure all advertising dashboards are meticulously updated and accurateβreview lead generation data to optimize ad performance
- Participate in regular strategy meetings to discuss pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and strategic adjustments based on analytics
