Summary
Join a leading fitness company as their new Paid Media Specialist, managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and Amazon. You will collaborate with creative and brand marketing teams, reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing. This fully remote position requires 3+ years of marketing experience, including media buying and ads trafficking, and experience managing six-figure budgets. You will be responsible for campaign implementation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record of success in driving quantifiable results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years marketing experience
- Minimum 3+ years of media buying and ads trafficking, with a track record of building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results
- Minimum 2+ years experience managing Amazon Marketplace Ads
- Minimum 2+ years experience working in e-commerce and D2C products
- Proven experience managing large six-figure annual media budgets
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords
- Strong skills in Google Suite products
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon, focusing on strategy, targeting, bidding, content, and creative assets
- Utilize multi-touch attribution models to optimize campaign performance and ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions across various touchpoints
- Execute A/B testing for landing pages, and ad copy to gather statistically significant data and improve campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with the creative team to leverage insights from campaign performance and enhance future concepts
- Analyze campaign performance and compile detailed reports on key performance metrics to share with internal teams
- Write concise and compelling ad messages for paid media campaigns
- Manage marketing projects efficiently, maintaining priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Snapchat, TikTok, or Pinterest ads trafficking
- Experience in app install ads and Apple Search ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Previous experience in an agency setting
- Experience with subscription products
